CITIES, STATES AND MUSIC IN THE USA
This term projects and oral presentations will be about Music in America. We'll learn about blues, gospel, soul, jazz, rock, pop, country, folk, grunge, rap....Students will do some research on the main singers in the history of the United States and we will all enjoy the music and the lyrics of world famous songs. Students, in paris, will also present different states and crucial cities in the history of music which also were the hometown of the singers they will be presenting. Listen learn and enjoy!!! I liked the presentation of Pepe about Georgia, because it was impressing for the nature of this state, the U.S.A has many amazing zones and incredible places. Since I saw the presentation I want to visit Georgia, I love this place for its amazing nature.
ResponderEliminarI liked all the projects but at the moment, the proyect that i liked more is the Georgia project, because it was incredible the nature and people, i liked so much. There are some proyects have not yet seen but at the moment the best for my is the proyect of Pepe.

ResponderEliminarI enjoyed the project of Mariam and Elena. Especially the part of Stevie Wonder, he is a great singer. Besides that, I also loved the song they chose.
Another thing that surprised me in the project of New Jersey is that the Statue of Liberty is there and not in NY as I had always believed. It was a great project.

Los Ángeles:
I didn´t know that Los Ángeles has got some of the best universities of
the continent: Universidad de California, Los Angeles (UCLA),
California State University, Northridge (CSUN) y California State
University, Los Angeles (CSULA).
Ray Charles:
I was very surprised because I didn´t know that Ray Charles had
so many Grammy Awards, because I didn´t know Ray Charles,
but I had listened to some songs by Ray Charles.
Los Ángeles, this projet is also very beautiful. This city was founded by

I'd love to travel to los Ángeles and I can see all the beauty of this city

ResponderEliminarRosetta Tharpe travelled a lot and that caught my attention. He had a great European tour and also caught my attention that she had her leg cut because of diabetes.

ResponderEliminarA lot of things have surprised me about Chicago. It is the largest city in the United States and its skyscrapers are wonderful. It has struck me that the famous singer Frank Sinatra got married 4 times.
New Mexico
ResponderEliminarThe houses made of mud in New Mexico have impressed me . The International Balloons Festival in Albuquerque is very nice and its monuments are quite different from ours but very cool. I really like the nachos with chicken from Mexico.
Sincerelly, I like all the projects in general! But I really liked Michael Jackson's project. Michael Jackson was the king of pop, and one of the best singers of the history of music, I really like him, and the song that they chose to listen.
ResponderEliminarAbout the cities projects, I liked New Jersey and Georgia's projects, because now, I really like to go there. I also was surprised as Elena, because I didn't know that The Statue of Liberty is there, but also in New York! It's amazing, it can be seen from both places .
I've also enjoyed so much doing my project, because I've learnt a lot of new things about New Mexico and John Denver.
