FASHION. ARE YOUR CLOTHES LEGAL?

We read a quite controversial text in class about clothes being legal or not. Can you please leave your opinion here?

    People in The UK think that wearing a cap or a hood has something to do with being a criminal, but that's not true. I think the clothes you wear express your personality.
